Services Provided

Casa Smartry provides a secure digital platform for users to sell or exchange unused international gift cards for Nigerian Naira (NGN). We act as a professional secondary market buyer and do not represent the original issuers of the gift cards.

User Obligations & Eligibility

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.

2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your sole responsibility.

3. Lawful Source: By submitting a card, you warrant that you are the rightful owner of the gift card and that it was obtained through legal means.

Trading & Transaction Rules

a. Card Validity: We only accept valid, unredeemed gift cards. If a card is found to be already used, deactivated, or invalid during our verification process, the transaction will be cancelled.

b. Verification Time: Verification usually takes between 2 to 10 minutes, depending on the card type. Some cards may require longer manual verification.

c. Finality of Trade: Once a card has been verified and the payout has been initiated, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed.

Rates and Payouts

a. Dynamic Rates: Gift card exchange rates are volatile and subject to market conditions. The rate displayed at the exact moment of your trade confirmation is the rate that applies.

b. Instant Payout: We aim for instant bank transfers. However, Casa Smartry is not liable for delays caused by Nigerian banking systems, network downtime, or incorrect bank details provided by the user.

Anti-Fraud & "Zero-Rip" Policy

Casa Smartry maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent activities:

a. Reporting: Any attempt to sell stolen cards, laundered assets, or "double-spend" cards (redeeming the card while we are verifying it) will result in an immediate account ban.

b. Legal Action: We reserve the right to report suspicious users to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and other law enforcement agencies.

c. Withholding Funds: We reserve the right to withhold payment if a transaction is flagged for investigation.

Limitation of Liability

Casa Smartry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in behavior harmful to the Casa Smartry community.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
